Support the Mission!

Dear church family, a quick update on our ‘Clean Water for Uganda’ project. 

Over the past few months, many of you have generously given toward the well for St. Zachariah Parish and the orphanage we’ve been connected with. 

Thank you for your kindness and compassion. 

Bishop John Musonge has let us know that well-drilling and construction in that part of Uganda must pause during the rainy season. Because of that, we’re placing our fundraising on hold until the Spring. (If anyone finds themselves itching to give sooner and just absolutely must give somewhere, you are more than welcome to direct that joyful generosity to our General Fund for the ongoing mission of our church.) 

When the dry season returns in the Spring and work can begin again, we’ll reassess the next steps and make sure we move forward in a way that is clear, wise, and responsible.
